Founder and CEO

Aidan O’Reilly has a wealth of experience stretching back over 40 years.  During the 80’s he was a Senior Executive with a Multi-National Corporation before progressing in the 90’s and 00’s to set-up ten businesses in various sectors from graphic design to print, from Data Media to event management and from radiology to oncology. 


During his business life he has so far sold eight of the firms he set-up.  A serial entrepreneur, Aidan has now decided to share his experiences and encounters with people and companies who are looking to sell their business.  He has found through his experiences that there is never anyone to turn to for advice and support when selling their business.  He believes there is a growing need to this niche service as the journey from decision to sell to sold is often a very lonely and unsupported one.


Every business owner has three options when they are considering retirement or selling:

1)    Pass the business on to the next generation.

2)    Continue to work in the business till your final days.

3)    Sell the business and reap the rewards for your decades of hard work.


Aidan’s approach to mentoring is to understand your current situation, identify your goals, consider your options, seek out an exit strategy, develop an execution plan while support and encouraging you through the process.  He has always found the ‘selling experience’ to be a solitary journey. He has never uncovered anyone who has gone through the anguish, stress and anxiety of selling, he has never discovered anyone to share ideas, to provide emotional support and to be a crutch to lean on when most needed.
